(Band or Fireworks Package)

We arrive early so that we can capture opening shots of the church/venue outside and inside (subject to the church/room where the civil wedding is to be held being open) before anyone arrives.

We then film the arrival of the groom, best man and guests. Followed by the bridesmaids, bride's mother and finally the bride and her father - all artistically set to music. Full coverage of the wedding service (this can be edited down if required). By using 2 cameras we capture the exchanging of vows and rings and also the readers from 2 different angles. (Both cameras are tripod mounted and we do NOT move around during the ceremony). The signing of the register (subject to permission). Once outside, we film the bride and groom being congratulated by all their guests and if it is a church wedding any photographs that are taken in the grounds before leaving for the reception, This is also set to music. If the couple have requested that the photographer takes them to a nearby park, then we will join them.The arrival of the bride, groom and guests to the reception (if applicable).At the reception the taking of photographs is montaged and set to music along with the room where the wedding breakfast is to be held, filming flower displays, table decorations, favours, place settings etc and of course the cake (subject to permission from the Manager). We will then film the mock cake cutting shot set up by your photographer followed by the line up (if applicable) before following you into the reception room where you will be clapped and cheered by your guests before you take your seats at the top table for the wedding breakfast.We do not film guests eating as we feel this is too obtrusive.After the meal, we enter the reception room and set up the 2 digital cameras on tripods towards the back of the room in preparation for the formal speeches and the presentation of gifts. We put a very small discreet radio microphone on the top table and this enables us to record your speeches clearly whilst remaining unobtrusive at the back of the room.We then film the official cutting of the cake. Later, we film some of the evening guests arriving which will be highlighted to music.Followed by the bride and groom's first dance .
We then continue filming till 11 o'clock

This package is only if you having a band or fireworks and is filmed up to 11 o'clockThis will be followed on your video by a "highlights of the day" montage set to music with scrolling end credits of bride, groom,best man, parents, bridesmaids and ushers.
