If you really want to re-live your memories in years to come, you need to ensure that they will be watchable for more than a few years. Today, the simplest and most cost-effective way to do this is to convert your footage whether it be on Video tape or film to DVD. All our transfers are done using the latest edit suites and authoring software within our premises at Houldsworth Mill Studios .
I just wanted to say a particular 'thank you' for the work you did in transferring our old 1950's cine footage onto DVD. The quality of the work you've done is remarkable - and, in addition, to get it done so quickly (a day early, even!) was taking excellent service where it rarely goes. The sense of the personal care and genuine creativity that you brought to the project was clear in every frame. I remember the footage from my childhood, but to see it without the 'judder and shake', and with the colour just subtly enhanced, was a joy. The music that you've set to it was also just right.
